Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy At Moonlit Paths, LLC, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure availability for all clients, the following policies apply: Booking Appointments A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not considered confirmed until any required deposit has been received. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. No-Call, No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice ("no-call, no-show") will forfeit their deposit in full. Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking. Moonlit Paths, LLC understands that emergencies can occur. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us to provide the best possible experience for all clients.
